Two days after Christmas and I'm finally getting to my holiday movies. :D In the queue are "Die Hard" (in progress), "Die Hard 2," "Home Alone," "Home Alone 2," "A Muppet Christmas Carol," and maaaaybe "Die Hard With a Vengeance" just to tie up the original trilogy (it's not Christmassy but honestly who cares?).

Also hi I decided to start a lil' blog on here because... reasons I guess. I dunno, I needed something to do. :P

[Spoilers Ahead!] I freaking love Die Hard, my favorite of all the 80s action flicks. Got your classic smoking indoors (and in cars!) and drinking-while-pregnant, of course. And there's Bruce Willis, forever the badass. Besides John McLane (Willis), Officer Powell (played by the dad from Family Matters), and head baddie Hans Gruber (the ever-iconic late Alan Rickman), I think my favorite character is the hacker/safecracker guy, who absolutely revels in the violence he and his buddies are wreaking. He's fun. Oh! And the one guy who, while waiting to take out some cops, raids the lobby's candy counter. He's a big mood lmao.

Bruce Willis of course gets the most quotable lines. It's not even the lines themselves so much as his delivery of those lines. "Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker." "Now I know what a TV dinner feel likes." "Welcome to the party, pal!" "Geronimo, motherfucker." (He really likes that word lol.)

Anyway enough spoiling a 32-year-old movie. ;) Maybe I'll gush about the other movies later.

Merry Christmas, by the way! ❤
