Cake Mix Cookies
a super easy trick that you can find all over the web; I had to include it here!

Ingredients
• 1 box cake mix of choice
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• mix-ins of choice (optional)

Directions
➀ Preheat oven to 375°F.
➁ Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until a sticky dough forms.
➂ If adding a mix-in such as baking chips or candy, do it now! You can also dip or roll your dough balls in sprinkles for a colorful addition!
➃ Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet by rounded tablespoon.
➄ Bake for 7-8 minutes.
➅ Remove from cookie sheet to cool on rack or plate.
➆ Enjoy!

Notes
➀ This works with pretty much any standard size cake mix. Get creative! Chocolate cookies with butterscotch baking chips! Strawberry cookies with M&Ms! Lemon cookies with lemon zest and dried blueberries? The possibilities are virtually endless!
