Iced Matcha Latte:
adapted from Mildly Meandering

• 3 cups milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choosing)
• 2 teaspoons matcha powder
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2-3 teaspoons sweetener of choice*
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ice (optional, to be honest)
• whipped cream (optional, but fun!)

➀ In small bowl/cup, combine matcha powder and water, whisking until fully mixed.
➁ Combine milk, matcha mixture, vanilla extract, and honey/sweetener in shaker or other covered container. Shake well.
➂ Serve over ice and top with whipped cream, if desired. For extra cute presentation, sprinkle a bit of matcha over the whipped cream!

* I prefer a simple syrup made from monkfruit sugar, as this tastes great but doesn't affect my blood glucose level. No guilt!
